By polarization I am guessing you mean if it is V or H. I don't know much about your receiver, but polarization is part of transponder that you are selection. For example the 12110H that I told you for AMC3, H at the end means it is horizontal polarization.
LNB setting depends on what kind of LNB you have. Ku lnbs come as either universal or standard. Universal LNBS (like ones
Sadoun sells) will say on them 9750/10600, standard will be 10750.
