I wasn't sure where to post this, so here it is.
GlobeCast in the USA wants the start of the transition to MPEG4 to begin as early as this coming autumn and winter. They also talk about lots of other things in relation to GlobeCast World TV. They will be able to stuff alot more channels on each transponder then. Maybe that is when they will switch to Nagra2 also.
