I'm not familiar with that card but does it allow you to set up the LNB type? If so, you should set the L.O. frequency at 10,600 MHz for a universal LNB.
Also, pick an active transponder like 12,152 MHz on
Telstar 5 when you are
aiming the dish.

PS: make sure your polarization tilt is negative 4 -- so the tilt will be clockwise, although for 4 degrees it shouldn't be an issue.
