I don't think it's a lack of nascar fans, but there is normally nothing to look at on Nimiq1 (or not much anyway...) in the clear, so people here don't scan it enough looking for odd feeds.

I would have never suspected they'd bounce the in-car off of a satellite.
I guess anything is possible though.
