I have just bought a Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra receiver. I programmed the receiver according to the
Sadoun website. I selected the T5 satelllite at 210 degrees and elevation of 52 degrees and LNB tllet of 26degrees. I am not getting any signal, so I measured the voltage at the "Ant. In" after disconnecting the dish. I get zero DC volts. I had expected to measure a minimum of 12 volts dc. Is the receiver defective. It is brand new and I have not tempered with it in any way. I checked to make sure that the LNB voltage is "ON" Thank you in advance.
