Direway internet equipment and service

I have been a direcway internet user for almost 18 months, I live on a boat, in a marina that has no phone or cable available, and is located in a remote area. I operate a small business, using internet access for sales, research and information, and also for entertainment and educational pursuits. It has been a reliable and dependable association and I am very satisfied with thier performance. The cost compared to what is offered, is reasonable, and they make it easy to purchase the total package on a monthly basis. The FCC does not require a license to install any of this equipment, contrary to what has been said by some, and "certification" consists of paying a fee for a "certificate" of authorization by Direcway to install thier equipment. With the purchase of several devices on the market, your system can become mobile easily. However, Direcway will charge you additional fees if you "move" your base more than several times a year. They do not authorize mobile service, but you just don't tell them, and pay your $59.95 per month and go where you please.

What Direcway doesn't know, doesn't concern them, and they will hint to that in your conversations with them, I am a happy customer, research the internet, equipment is available reasonably priced to make your system mobile for boating, rv'ing or what ever. Don't buy "complete systems" available for $3,000.00 and more, you can do it yourself and save thousands. Good luck.
