With a compass you will need to point your dish to about 160 degrees for IA5. If you can stand at your window and see exactly 160 it *might* work.

I can say from any attempts I've had it would NOT work when I tried to shoot thru a closed window. I just could not position the dish at the right angle in order to get enough signal without some part of ot being blocked.
A patio sized door might have better luck, but even getting these lined up outside can be a challenge, putting a window in the mix can end up making it work very frustrating. Your best bet is mounting it outside.

With the LNB skew option, yours is a clockwise twist, put the bottom approx 7pm (from 6pm) that should be close. Skew is important, but isn't critical at your relatively low value.
