How to overcome this error message.
:?: When I try to upload my picture into the receiver I get this message box,
"Please try STB off and on"
CANCEL
I've tried off & on and on & off, closed and reopened my uploader, Have my jpeg photo in the correct folder, checked connections, com 1 port, and still cannot get my photo to load for menu background. My pic is 79 kb in size. It shouldn't be too large or is it. Any suggestions, Thanks Namner
