I have the frequency now:

ATLANTIC BIRD 1
Made In Albania TV
11 158.33 Mhz
30 000
Polar - Vertical
FEC - 3/4
Modul 4PSK (QPSK)

I have signal 37% but it dos not Lock the channel
See if you guys catch something in here?!
