So it looks like im going in the right dirrection. What prog are you using Mr. Higgins? Maybe you could let me know what settings are working for you and I will try it here. Im still going to keep the dish pointed at 119/110 where it is for now till i know i can get this card running right. Also, my dish has a built in switch in the Dual LNB so I'm selecting the disable option in the LNB setup. Thanks, Tommy.
To help you while trying to lock on FTA signals with this card, I would highly recommend downloading a copy of TSREADER, ie http://www.coolstf.com/tsreader/
TSREADER will tell you which streams are encrypted and which are FTA, and will give you the correct PIDs, tell you if they are audio or video, etc.
That way you can avoid wasting your time on signals that are encrypted.
I often see situations using the VisionDTV software that comes from Twinhan, that it pops up this "cannot play program" message, and often have problems getting signals to play with that software, so I rarely use it.
The TSREADER doesn't itself "play" video and audio, although there are pluging that allow it to stream data to programs that will. However I use other programs for playing programs, which I find much more convenient than the VisionDTV program, but use the TSREADER when looking for programs, just because they make it instantly clear what kind of signal you are looking at. After you find the signals with TSREADER, you can then know which signals to spend your time on with whatever program you use to view the programming.
Just my opinion.
