Finally, we all got it. Actually the signal is quite strong after all the angles are adjusted to the right ones. I cann't believe the elevation is so low( the dish center line elevation is about 18 degree). In my case, I did not adjust the elevation low enough, also the other satellite signal confused me. Anyway, thanks to all the guys here.

You may want to try a more powerful LNBF (e.g. 0.3 db), not 0.8db. Your location is in much better shape than mine (East coast)
