There are several factors involved in my case to make the whole thing work and believe everyone's is slightly different. I move about 1.5 degree down from my Elevation, Subtract 5 deg. from the Arimuth and keep the skew number unchanged. Once you have these parameters down, try to move the dish with a very steady hand at 1/8" a time. Never move continuously. It's good to move and stop to check for the signal. Be sure not to use the SAT-Finder in this case is because it will beep loudly from a strong signal of the adjacent SAT or so and doesn't even show any quality % at all. After learning this lesson the hard way, I strongly recommend to use the Advance Scan option in Fortec ( Lifetime-Ultra ) menu to monitor the signal as you move. Don't forget to set DF for 11720, SR for 26.800 and Horizontal for Polarity. From my location, I get 86 for Level and 74 for quality. Hope this will help for folks living in Houston.
