After I finish reading almost all messages related to the HH set up. I am finally be able to capture 60% quality and 90% level on the 119 bird.
I still have some questions that I need help from the pro. Admin, Sadoun and Dts expert could you help me please.
Here are the information related to my HH90 & pansat 2500A set up.
Locate in Orange County California:
Logitude is 118.5
Latitude is 34.4
Azimuth is 180
True South is 165
True South satellite is Echo 7 at 119 W
My dish elevation is 50. For some reasons, I cannot have a good sat finder beep if I move the antenna up& down away from 50.
Using the tp 5 ( 12282V20.000 ) of the 119 W bird, I am able to have 90% level and 60% quality. However, all channels on that tp are scramble since they belong to dish network. I couldn't find the Nasa channel. I am not sure why ?
I have a Fortec universal lnb, and an ariza 30'' dish.
After I lock the position of the 119 W which my south satellite, I try to look for SatMex 5 at 116.8 W using USAL. I saw the antenna moves to another position where I can have 90% level on that bird. However, I have 0% on the quality no matter what tp I am using on that bird. I am not sure what can I do here to get some acceptable quality on that bird.
According to the HH90 motor manual, once I am able to point the HH90 to the true south satellite ( 119 W ). I will be able to point the motor to another satellite using USAL without any need to re-adjust the satellite dish again. It doesn't sound right in my case.
My last try was going to the 110 W bird using USAL. There I am able to get about 90% level and 59% quality. However, I couldn't store the USAL information on this bird. Every time I try to store the information on this bird base on the a tp that can have acceptable % in quality, I first heard the dish move, and right after that I lost all % quality that I have before trying to store USAL info from the 110 W bird.
It's been more than a week I try to make the HH90 motor work with the pansat 2500A receiver. I still couldn't figure it out.
Please advice.
