YES. You are on the setup screen, and have Satmex 5 (your south sat) selected, and you've used USALS to move it there. Now you need to find the spot where you can cycle thru the transponders to pick a one to use (do not "scan" yet), but just before...
This is when you need active strong transponder to find a signal. I can't get Satmex 5 due to tree in the way, maybe someone else here can offer up a transponder freq for SatMex5 thats good for this procedure...
