Let's double check your numbers:

117.8W
33.7N

Set your motor's bracket to 33.7 (and LEAVE it there)

Calculate "P" from Sadoun's website (for your LAT/LONG) = 50.8

Set your dish's elevation bracket for HH90:

EL = P - (45 - 33.7)
EL = 50.8 - 11.3
EL of dish = 39.5

I'd set it at 40 to start.
Set motor at "Zero" (center point).
Use compass, line up dish&motor&lnb for 167 (180-13)
Snug bolts a little but not tight (allow for adjustment)
Use USALS to move to your "southmost" Sat.

Adjust motor side to side, and dish elevation in baby step (1/10") increments until you get some quality reading. Forget about the "signal" level. Background noise can throw that off.

Make SURE you have active transponder on the setup screen when doing this adjustment.
