I am trying to do the installtion of the
HH90 motor.
My location is the city of Los Angeles in California. Here is the information from my location.

The True South is: 166.5 W ( 180 - 13.5 )
Here is the Pansat 2500A receiver set up:

Skew 0

Position Setting USALS
Satellite Position 116.8 W ( SatMex 5 )
Longitude 117.8 W
Latitude 33.7 N
Base on the above set up information, I got 84% in Level. However, no matter what I try I still have 0% on quality.
Could you please let me know what did I do wrong in the way I set up the HH90 motor ?
