Hi Dave:

You put in 10,600 MHz for the L.O. frequency.

The mark is usually the zero degree mark and points up for 12 o'clock or 0 degrees (no skew). Rotate your LNB counterclockwise if you live in the east or clockwise if you live in the west. See alignment instructions for complete details.
