Looking for advice

My wife wants to watch Korean T.V. and we presently get KISB 1, from Warner Cable for $10.00/month.
I was cruising around seeing if I could get a satellite system that would pick up KISB 1 (MBC I think) plus any other free stations.
Referring to Lyngsat, Intelsat 5, shows that the KISB stations are not encrypted.
I asked an online vendor for his recommendation and this is what he said.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Product: Coship CDVB2300 Complete System
Price: $199.00 USD
Includes:
- Coship CDVB2300 Receiver
- Remote control
- 2 AAA batteries
- WS International WS7630 Dish
- WS International GSS2100 LNBF
--------------------------------------------------------------------
What do you think about this and would you recommend another ?
I have seen the Fortec and Sat Cruiser recommended on this site.
Additionally I think I would be interested in a motor driven unit cause I am lazy.
I saw other posts that talked about KISB being encrypted. If that were to happen, would I need to buy some kind of access card to plug into the receiver to permit viewing ?
Would KISB sell these things, and approximately how much would they cost ?

Thanks a lot. I am a totally newbie to this technology and appreciate all your help.
