That's correct. The LNB must have zero skew - in other words it must be aligned in the holder so that, depending on the design, it's connectors point
straight down ... or ... if it's connectors stick out the back (like on the Eagle Aspen 'popcan' style) the "UP" arrow is pointing straight up.

BTW - it helps to mount the LNB
as far back as possible in the holder - so the distance from the LNB to the face of the dish is at its maximum.
