I finally got a reply from the people running TV Truyen Thong. They said that it currently costs $10.00 a month to watch their one and only channel. They collect the fee yearly, so $10.00 x 12 months + $20.00 activation fee = $140.00 for the first year. They said that they plan to broadcast 24/7, but right now they are only broadcasting 4 hours/day and that braodcast is repeated 6 times throughout the day to fill the 24 hour slot.
