No official announcement from VTV. This happened in the past. Sometimes the sat turn-arround uplinker forgets to switch the program. This channel is shared by 3 programs,
VTV4, CarTV and MRTV.

We will have to wait to find out. Even if it is repeats, we will be able to watch our favorite channel during reasonable hours instead of having to stay up until all hours of the night!
